I found this and it made me LAUGH so loud!!!

This is how things have been going

2004: Frequent unprotected sex with Hubby, fiance at the time!
2005-2009: Married, and more and more unprotected sex with no baby end result...probably had period once or twice a year.
09/30/099- appt. with 8th since the age of 18 ob/gyn, given referral to RE
11/04/09 - 1st appt. with RE
11/05/09 - start 10 day Progesterone
11/19/09 - "day 3" blood work
11/25/09 - HSG and SHG (happy Birthday to me) found 2 polyps in uterus
12/16/09 - We to follow up with RE. Sperm are fine and dandy. Have to have Hysterscopy done to remove polyp. Waiting for date on that.

UPCOMING: 01/29/10 - Hysteroscopy for polyp removal and D&C
2/10/10 - Follow up for results
